Use the FR 541 rim from DT Swiss to build the 29″ downhill wheel of your choice. The weight-optimised rim for disc brakes impresses with particularly high impact resistance. The forged aluminium is particularly robust, which is why the rim holes do not require eyelets. This also contributes to weight savings. The shape of the rims with hooks for wired and folding tyres has been designed in such a way that the risk punctures in the inner tube is enormously reduced. If you want, you can also just ride tubeless. A 30 mm jaw width allows you to mount really wide tyres, so you don’t have to shy away from extreme trails.
