The M 442 Disc 29″ rim by DT Swiss – broad and light
The DT Swiss M 442 is a 29″ disc rim for All Mountain use. It is made of aluminium and comes with an internal width of 22.5 mm. The rim joint uses a sleeve, which is pressed in evenly on both sides – a good alternative to welding. The M 442 rim is light enough for any climb and wide enough for 2.5″ tyres.

In this process a shaped part (sleeve) is pressed evenly into both ends of the profile. The sleeve joint is the best alternative to SBWT® welded rims.
