The Formation Face 28″ rim by H+SON – A real deep-V rim
The Formation Face 28″ rim by H+SON has a unique, uniformly triangular and rigid design with no load points on the side. The simple profile reduces the distance between the bead hook and the rim bed and thus saves weight. Because of the thin side walls, H+SON had to overcome technical hurdles to create a welded joint. Like the SL42 rim, the Formation Face has a lightweight design and is suitable for disc brakes. The lateral stiffness is further increased by the non-machined brake track.
