NEWMEN’s nipple washers incorporate MG-Washer technology to help relieve pressure on the rim. This technology is applied to NEWMEN rims, therefore the nipple washers are especially suited for NEWMEN’s Evolution and Advanced rims.

The weak point of aluminium or carbon rims, the nipple holes in the rim, is reinforced with an MG washer at NEWMEN. This is the solution with the least amount of material used, so that there is practically no effect on weight. The MG-Washer is concave on both sides. This means that it can be installed in both directions, and the contact surface on the rim side moves away from the nipple hole of the rim, thus providing additional relief. Another advantage is the even friction between nipple and washer, which prevents the nipple from ” eating” .
